ElectionMall Re-Opens Office in Mexico: Campaign Guru Predicts 2012 Will Be the Election Year of the Net In Mexico   (February 01, 2012)

Mexico City, Mexico (PRWEB) February 01, 2012

ElectionMall.com, a non-partisan technology company that provides online services to campaigns of all sizes, announced today that it is re-opening its office in Mexico City for the upcoming Presidential Elections of 2012. Ravi Singh, ElectionMall CEO and Founder, who set up an office in Mexico City in 2005, predicts 2012 will be the election year of the net in Mexico.

ElectionMall has hired a fully dedicated Mexican team to help with sales, management, and fulfillment of its technology. The internet has dramatically changed Mexico politics and will continue to impact both voters and candidates this year, Singh said.

The company, founded in 2000, has pioneered technology in the campaign and election space in the United States, working for both Republicans and Democrats. Singh, son of Indian immigrants to the U.S., is a practicing member of the Sikh Religion from India. He has lectured and given presentations to Mexican institutions and universities for the last several years. The Mexican Media has referred to him as the Kaliman of politics, reference to the popular Latin American crime-fighter character in comic books, radio and television from the 1970s.

We have had two challenges in Mexico, Singh, known at the Campaign Guru, said. One must be prepared for the overwhelming response of our services in the Mexican election market, which is estimated to be 4 billion USD in 2012. Second, political consultants here are requesting lots of lengthy social media and new technology education something we are excited about participating in.

The company hopes to establish the first digital war room in the country, a concept that Singh pioneered in the Juan Manuel Santos presidential campaign in Bogota, Colombia in 2009. The company also opened the first Latin American research and development lab on e-democracy in Bogota in 2010.

Marlene Gongora Calderon, Director of ElectionMall Mexico stated, ElectionMall is exactly what we need. We have the experience and know-how. The political space in Mexico is just starting to appreciate the impact that Twitter and Facebook are having on the Mexican people. ElectionMall is a global company with experience in Europe, U.S. and Asia, and we are thrilled to build upon our successes in Latin America and Mexico.

The company will be re-launching its new Latin American website at the Campaigns and Elections Seminar on Feb. 11 and 12 in Cancun, Mexico. The new office is located at Torre Esmeralda II, en Lomas de Chapultepec, Mexico City.

Established in 1999, ElectionMall, Inc. is a non-partisan world leader in providing on demand cloud-based solutions for campaigns and elections worldwide, effectively utilizing technology and business know how to enable candidates, advocacy groups, and nonprofits to generate enhanced gains in awareness, funds, & votes.
